They apply to all dining reservations, special event bookings, use of The Showdown Salon, and all related hospitality experiences at our physical, offline bistro and lounge.
By engaging with our website, contacting our team, or visiting the venue, you agree that your experience will be guided by this guest charter, alongside any specific written agreements we may provide for private events or catering engagements.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using theblazingshowdown.com, submitting a booking or enquiry form, confirming a reservation with our team, or attending The Blazing Showdown in person, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you should refrain from using the website, making a booking, or visiting the venue in reliance on any information provided on the site.
3. Eligibility and Guest Policy
The Blazing Showdown is a physical, offline bistro and lounge designed for a relaxed, adult evening environment. Access to our venue, including our dining spaces and The Showdown Salon, is restricted to guests aged 18 years and over.
We reserve the right to:
- Request valid, government-issued identification to verify age upon arrival or at any point during your visit
- Decline entry, refuse service, or ask a guest to leave if age eligibility cannot be confirmed
- Decline entry or service where our guest criteria, dress standards, safety considerations, or responsible service obligations are not met
By making a booking, you confirm that all guests in your party meet the minimum age requirement and that you will communicate our guest policy to your party prior to arrival.
4. Bookings and Reservations
All table bookings and private event reservations, including use of The Showdown Salon and any special catering services, are subject to availability and written or electronic confirmation by our reservations team.
When you place a reservation request via Secure Table Bookings, Contact Us, by phone, or in person, you agree that:
- The booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation message from The Blazing Showdown
- Any specified arrival times, seating durations, or minimum spend conditions must be respected to retain your table or room allocation
- Deposits or advance payments, where applicable, will be clearly communicated during the booking process
Unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of booking, deposits and advance payments are non-refundable. At our discretion, and subject to availability, we may offer to reschedule a booking or apply a credit towards a future visit where reasonable notice of changes or cancellations is provided.
6. Conduct and Venue Etiquette
To preserve our warm, welcoming, and sophisticated atmosphere, all guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards fellow patrons, staff, and the surrounding community. This applies across the bistro, bar, and The Showdown Salon.
The following behaviours are not permitted and may result in immediate removal from the premises at our discretion:
- Disruptive, aggressive, or intimidating behaviour
- Offensive, discriminatory, or harassing language or actions
- Damage to property, unsafe conduct, or disregard for staff instructions
- Any illegal activity or behaviour that compromises the safety or comfort of others
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel or curtail a booking, and, where appropriate, involve relevant authorities if conduct within or around the venue does not align with these expectations.
7. Privacy and Personal Data
We collect, store, and use personal data in line with our commitment to respectful, transparent hospitality and in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws.
