4. Bookings and Reservations

All table bookings and private event reservations, including use of The Showdown Salon and any special catering services, are subject to availability and written or electronic confirmation by our reservations team.

When you place a reservation request via Secure Table Bookings, Contact Us, by phone, or in person, you agree that:

• The booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation message from The Blazing Showdown
• Any specified arrival times, seating durations, or minimum spend conditions must be respected to retain your table or room allocation
• Deposits or advance payments, where applicable, will be clearly communicated during the booking process

Unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of booking, deposits and advance payments are non-refundable. At our discretion, and subject to availability, we may offer to reschedule a booking or apply a credit towards a future visit where reasonable notice of changes or cancellations is provided.
